Social Style and Strength Based Leadership

«The more I learn about myself, the more I am able to understand others, the more I am able to bridge the gap between us.»

The Social Style Model uses behavioral themes that people routinely exhibit, to chart individuals according to their behaviors. From this information, we can categorize these behavioral preferences into one of four Social Styles: driving, expressive, amiable, or analytical.

This instructor-led course walks participants through a series of exercises and focused discussions that raise awareness of workplace behaviors and communication preferences that directly affect the ability of people to work together effectively. Participants will learn how to recognize these behavioral and communication preferences and adjust their own behaviors to create productive working relationships with individuals of all Social Styles.

In this workshop you will

  • Learn about Social Style theory
  • Discover your own Social Style
  • Learn how your Social Style affects your interactions with others.
  • Learn to determine the Social Style of others.
